From Stridsland:

Please note:

– The anodised colours may vary slightly from batch to batch, possibly resulting in a slight difference between pictures and actual colour.
– I only shot pictures of the 38’s so don’t worry if the tooth count you select doesn’t match the pic :)

The back story:

One of my first ideas from back in 2020, was a narrow wide chainring in the “forgotten” 94bcd 5 bolt standard with a larger tooth count and some colourful options. I was constantly scanning the local classifieds for fun 90’s anodized CNCed parts. At one point I found myself with a handful of rad old retro mtb cranks, but no companies offered the appropriate 94bcd narrow wide chainring for the 1x commuter-type builds I had grown so fond of.

I thought I’d just make a few of these chainrings for myself and a couple of extras if some other nerds out there happened to stumble across my idea. After posting some stuff about the design process on instagram, I realized there might actually be a bit of interest in them. My initial idea of a handful of these chainrings turned into a batch of 80pcs, which even sold way quicker than I’d expected. So I made more, and here I am now with 3 different BCD standards, 8 colours and lots of different tooth counts.

It puts a grin on my face to think of all those old cranks which are back out on bikes again :)

So stoked on all the love and support <3
