Installation Notes:

The Cigne Stem doubles as your stem and top cap, simplifying your setup:

1. Ensure your star-nut is 1cm from the top of the steerer tube.
2. Requires at least 55mm of metal steerer tube (not for use with carbon steerers).
3. Slide the stem on, insert the long bolt with washer, pretension, and tighten the clamp at the base.

Important: Not compatible with Quill Stem Adaptors.

For handlebars with smaller diameters, use the compatible 2-piece shims to reduce the clamp size to 26.0mm or 25.4mm.
