LA CHOUETTE CAFE VELO reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms at any time, with the version of the general terms and conditions applicable to any transaction being the one displayed online on the site www.lachouetteparis.com at the time of the order. The site is the property of LA CHOUETTE CAFE VELO in its entirety, as well as all associated rights.

These terms and conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between LA CHOUETTE CAFE VELO and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the online store www.lachouetteparis.com
These terms and conditions shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed to by LA CHOUETTE CAFE VELO.
I. THE CUSTOMER
The customer declares that they are a natural person, at least 18 years old, and have the legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the site. The customer acknowledges that they have read the specific terms of sale presented on this screen at the time of placing the order and expressly accepts them without reservation. When registering their personal data in the "my account" section, the customer must ensure the accuracy of the mandatory data provided. In the event of an error in the recipient’s contact details, LA CHOUETTE CAFE VELO cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product. LA CHOUETTE CAFE VELO reserves the right to cancel any order if the customer’s IP address is located in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.

IV. PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS
Determination of the Price.
Product prices are listed in euros, including taxes, excluding shipping fees. The total price of the order (including taxes and shipping fees) is indicated in the shopping cart.
LA CHOUETTE CAFE VELO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order registration, subject to availability.

Payment Methods.
Products must be paid for on the day of the order. Payment for purchases can be made by:

The customer accesses a dedicated space provided by a banking institution, which ensures the security and recording of the payment order. In this regard, the customer expressly acknowledges that providing their credit card number to LA CHOUETTE CAFE VELO constitutes authorization to debit their account for the ordered products.
The data recorded and stored by LA CHOUETTE CAFE VELO constitutes proof of the order and all transactions made. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
V. DELIVERY
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer, provided that this is the customer’s residence address or that of any other individual of their choice located in mainland France. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.
To ensure that delivery times are respected, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (including street number, building number, stairway, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
The indicated delivery times are approximate, corresponding to average processing and delivery times. LA CHOUETTE CAFE VELO cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond its control.
In the case of damaged parcels (already opened, missing products, etc.), the customer agrees to notify both the carrier and LA CHOUETTE CAFE VELO of any issues within 3 days of receiving the product.
VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The individual customer has a right of withdrawal, which they can exercise without giving a reason, within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the delivery of the order. This can be exercised by returning the unused products (in their original packaging, unworn, unused, unmodified, unwashed, undamaged, with no assembly traces, and with all accessories, user manuals, and documentation) at their own expense, along with the order number, to the following address:

LA CHOUETTE CAFE VELO will refund the customer the amounts already paid, excluding any shipping fees, under the conditions specified in Article VII below.
Sale items are not eligible for return or refund. All discounted or promotional sales are final.
VII. REFUND
Refunds for products in the situations described in Articles II and VI will be made by LA CHOUETTE CAFE VELO within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving the products. The refund may be a standard refund or in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months from the issue date.
VIII. APPLICABLE LAW
Any order automatically implies the customer’s adherence to the general terms of sale. These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If a difficulty or complaint arises in connection with an order, the customer can contact the Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
