1. Shipping Destinations
We ship orders from France to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@lachouetteparis.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • France: 2–4 business days

  • Europe (EU): 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 5–14 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs procedures or courier delays.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in your total at checkout and must be paid by the recipient. LA CHOUETTE CAFE VELO is not responsible for these additional charges.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Delays and Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us at contact@lachouetteparis.com with your order number. We will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue. Please note we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.
